About Jason
Jason is the founder and owner of Brighter Behind the Clouds Ltd, an executive and leadership coaching company that supports clients in imagining, planning and achieving rewardable success.
As a former NHS senior leader, he has extensive experience of leading teams, delivering major projects and reporting to boards. That experience helps him put himself in the shoes of clients from across all industries and levels.
Feedback has demonstrated that he has a natural affinity for getting the best out of people through the power of creative conversation, often holding up the mirror so clients can reflect on feedback and challenge.
His coaching style
Works well for people who welcome constructive challenge, are willing to explore assumptions, attitudes and beliefs, and value a range of perspectives.
Works less well for those seeking more traditional coaching who prefer not to explore behaviour and emotional intelligence.
