I am the founder and owner of Brighter Behind the Clouds Ltd. As a former senior leader, I worked for the largest employer in the UK and Europe, and 7th in the world. I have extensive experience of leading teams, delivering major projects, and reporting to boards. I have found this experience invaluable in placing myself into the shoes of my clients from across all industries who may be experiencing challenges such as navigating or surviving the organisation.I work with clients to create an environment that develops openness in a safe place and allows for reflective practice which leads to empowering support and a creative learning experience. I'm told that I have a natural affinity to get the very best out of people through the power of creative conversation. Whilst I recognise this ability, I use it safely, often holding up the mirror to clients to reflect and challenge. I have in excess of 15 years+ of coaching clients at all levels, and particularly those at very senior level.
